It's still an Upper/Lower Body Split, CNS based with lots of activation variations of the exercises at the beggining of each day, for example Dead-Stop Bottom Squats before Regular Back Squats, and pretty much using ramped sets, wave sets etc and cluster and rest-pause sets.
