My favorite exercise is ATG squat, but I realized that my poundage will be limited, so I'm working on powerlifting depth squat.

I deadlift conventional< I can hook grip close to my max (473 hook v 496 mixed grip, recently I worked just under 400 on regular grip double overhand) I enjoy squatting more, but my numbers are better deadlifting.
