my workout days usually end with a this

postworkout shake:

2 scoops myofusion
1 scoop maltodextrin
5 grams of glutemine
500 grams of creatine monohydrate
and and extra serving of bcaa's

then within a n hour of that I will have someting like this

dinner:

1/2 pound of 96/4 ground beef
6 oz brown rice
