Barbell Bench Press
First two sets were pretty bad...regrouped, changed some form up, and felt a lot better in my last 3 sets. The inner part of my left pec has been experiencing some stiffness/pain, especially when I like stretch it out over the past week or so...not sure what it is. I iced it this morning, and I'm going to continue to ice it throughout the next week to see if it gets better. It doesn't really hurt when I'm pressing though. I'm thinking it could be mild bruising from a dumbbell hitting it too hard on my last pressing day, but I'm not sure.

Upper body days are fun, but they're always a constant reminder of how mediocre my strength is. I just don't like the fact that casual lifters can out press me when I take it really serious lol...but that's just more motivation. I think my new adjustments on form over the last 3 sets should help in the coming weeks, but we'll see.
