OK been super swamped this week with life, work, children and honey do lists. My sleep has been amazingly deep and sound. I'm waking up refreshed and ready to go. Workouts have been getting more aggressive and the mental focus is great right about now. I'm gonna be posting in this log only a couple times a week to note the effects of how things are going and sides if any.
