1) dips - 5x10
2) pull ups/ wide grip pull down super set
pull ups- 5x10
p.downs- 120x5x10-12
3) dips - 5x10
4) sitting calf raise- 100x5x20
5) full incline walk on treadmill- 2.5 - 3.0 for 10 mins
