100 rep challenge...
Every Thanksgiving morning a group of guys and girls from my gym get together and pick something they think they can get 100 reps of in about an hour's time. Since this will be my first thanksgiving there, I am pretty excited. Trying to figure out what I want to do... Thinking maybe 405 deadlift? Sets of 5. What would you guys do?
