It is more than pre work out. but for your lifting the K-O has enough in it. For more advanced lifters/competitive BBers this is 2 times in the day with taking K-O, rather than 3 with out K-O.
K-O has a serving of Nytric in it. So it would be taken staggered with the K-O.
