I did some flyes on Saturday. I had my dumbells still set up from the last time I did flyes with them. They were about 50lbs and felt way heavy. I've fallen a long way, but I'm confident that I'll regain my strength fairly fast. I had to lower the weight down to about 25lbs.
No benching for me for awhile. Heavy on DIPS, and PLANCHES.
