Lower back pain is the reason you should be squatting and doing SLDL's.
A lot of the time when people complain of being in pain it is because they are so badly out of shape. Get yer ass off the couch, and do some exercise and you will be amazed at how much better you feel.

Having said that. I have spent the morning rearranging my workout space for my new program. I'm ready to thrash my own butt on my equipment!
