Bicep Curls 2x15 not sure what weight I did
Overall a really great workout, I am just kinda concerned about deadlifts tomorrow. My legs are still really sore, but I am hoping they are better by tomorrow. I can push it back to saturday, but I would rather not do that. I think I will just go in and crush it!
