dieting for awhile and is at maintenance. I am wondering a few things?
1. when maintaining (staying same weight) can you still build muscle or lose fat and keep muscle?
2. I take dextrose and wondering can I substitute if for fruit or is it safe to take without fat gain on it? 40g I take.
3. How eating healthy with no cheat days can it bring you into better shape besides well-being etc
