Default

-Diet is just as important as training program

-Over-training is thrown around to much

-As Muscleandbrawn said higher reps do not "Tone" you up(I hate that word!)

-Not one exercise is essential

-High Intensity Cardio is NOT catabolic

-Creatine does not cause you to hold tons of water(My biggest pet peeve)
