Thanks btb!! My warmups looked like this today and I was tight to start:
I really do not have a set warm up, I do enough to get loose and I just go on how I feel that day. Most days I do a set of hyperextensions before I squat, but I kinda forgot today so I did an extra set with 135

By the way, my weight is at 222 right now, I weighed in on Friday afternoon. I had no idea I was gaining weight. I definitely see some size coming in, and lately I have been extremely hungry.
