Felt much better than the last couple of weeks, hopefully this is a sign of good things to come

Went home and did blast strap craziness

Great workout tonight I felt good, I did some extra warming up before a benched, did some band work and pullovers, maybe it helped I do not know. I also worked on my deadlift set up for a few minutes and I think I figured some things out, watched some rippetoe videos and got back to basics!
