I am not sure which is better for my body type, I am tall with pretty long legs. I am 6' and a pretty lean 215. I have been doing conventional forever, because I did not discover sumo deadlifts until later.
I just did a blast strap circuit! Crazy!
Push ups x 12
Inverted Row x 12
Dips x 12
Shoulder Pulls x 10
Did this 3 times, my entire upper body was pumped and I could barely finish these sets!
