Week 2 of REHAB
DOMS: feel good and fresh to start of the new week of training
RECOVERY: Mentally i feel good, physically i feel even better
I feel that Anabolic Rehab is really helping me recover workout to workout. Im still just taking it with water, and just chug it down fast. I enjoy the tingling feeling it gives, its almost like an outer-body experience. Finally got a camera so i can track my progress through pictures.
