Today's Workout

Workout Time: 41 minutes

Daily Cardio: NADA

Front delts were a bit tight yet from this week's incline presses and dips. Had a good tricep pump today. My left shoulder has been a bit tender for the last 2 months and one arm dumbbell presses were a little more difficult with that arm. I finished the reps so I can't complain.
