Another piece to add, Find what carbs make YOU full or fill-up, I can eat oatmeal, rice, rice cakes, grapefruit all day, but when I eat a sweet potato I blow up. This is important to find early so if you attempt to carb-up before the show or are cycling carbs during your peak week you know which ones to rely on when you need to look your best.
