That sucked, I didn't even move it an inch...lol
Maybe I wasn't totally recovered from Monday but I wasn't sore at all.
I'm just not as strong as I thought I was. I will probably up my weight for my workouts and stay in the 4-6 rep range as opposed to 8-10.
The 45's made me their bitch, but I am not giving up that easy.
I will bench 400lbs soon.
The best news is I didn't hurt myself.
Thanks for helping me get psyched, that wasn't the issue I was pumped. I just didn't have the strength.
