Thursdays and Saturdays Squat Sessions went really well. Thursday called for 325 6 sets of 3 reps. These were fairly easy until I got to the 5th set. I still managed to grind them out.
Saturday was back to 325 for 6 sets of 2 reps. My hamstrings were very sore and oddly enough my calves but, it was a awkward soreness that felt like it was in the bone by femur. The first set was the hardest but, I think it stretched me out a little and I Cruised through the doubles pretty easily.
I tried deadlifting after Thursdays workout (sumo) but, my body wasn't felling it. I don't think I have the form down right for sumos either. I think it's a bit more technical than the conventional deadlift.
I'm felling pretty good though I rarely stick to a routine but, I find myself in a zone now. My upper body days have been amazing. I had a Chest/Shoulder day and I felt like I could go on forever. I don't see myself dead lifting at all while on this but, I'm going to try some heavy rack pulls and see if I can fit them in. On a side note my diet has been super clean (besides a sh*tload of whole milk) and, I couldn't fell better.
