I agree. BCAA or plain Amino's 5g (eather one) after work out but before cardio then shake post cardio. The Amino's will prevent muscle cannibalizing during cardio. Then post cardio your body is starving and your shake will be used for muscle health and won't be stored as fat.
If you take shake before cardio you will burn it as energy/fuel for your cardio.
