I'm new to the forums. Welcome to my training log.
Stats: 5'9, 160-165
Goals: Natural pro card in the short-term (next 2-3 years is the goal); this log will be focused on that goal. This log will not end until I get it!
Currently I'm recovering from a knee surgery, so the weights won't be TOO heavy in here (yet), but they'll get there soon. I expect to be lifting "heavy" within a month at worst, so I figured it was about time for a log. Plus this will help me to journal my progress.
