I was thinking of adding a joint formula into my supplement stack, just something simple, with glucosamine. I do not have any real joint pain, but sometimes I get aches, I thought this may help. My buddy told me that it made his body feel great, he did not have any real joint pain, but he starting taking it and just said he feels good all the time. I thought I might try one out.
Do you guys take anything for your joints, if so which one?
