A quote from Frank, not in the interview. This was at an early age, and I believe pre-bodybuilding.

In his very early years he competed in "odd lift" competitions, which were a pre-powerlifting strength contest. His 400+ pound squat was at a weight of 175, and as a teen. I would wager it was clean as well.
