Well, I have some great workouts since my last post, just too busy to get things posted.
Bike 10 min warm up, machine leg press 150x20-100x12 ext good to go
seated leg curls
Hypers toes up, 45lb platex12,12..right into 1 set of uni laterals 70x15
calves seated didn't keep track of weight used
abs, same thing didn't keep track, I will next time.
No Cardio. Aiming for 50 min worth in morning asap before work, which means
up at 4 am, pack lunch box, get cardio clothes on, pack work clothes, but its worth it, I'm on a mission!! 5 am to 550 am for cardio, 10 minutes to get ready!!
