Today's Notes: Morning bicep workout today. Felt strong and energetic.

Today's Recovery: A

Really nailed a quick workout today. Felt really good and no fatigue. Performed rest-pause dumbbell curls, capped by a 40 rep set of curls. Chest is barely sore from yesterday's beating. Good recovery.

Libido: A+

Excellent bounce back today. I felt ready and able first thing in the morning.
