Switching workouts every 8-12 weeks
Does anyone know where the idea start that you must switch workouts every 8 to 12 weeks came from?
I've never really switched a workout. I've made small changes over the years, but it's not like I'm jumping from DC training to whatever 7 times a year.
I have a buddy who is obsessed with switching workouts all the time and he is constantly cracking on me for not changing.
