Desire Determines Destiny - A Begginners Log
Hi guys, my name is Ben and i am 16, i started lifting 6-7 months ago. At first i started lifting for football but then it became something more for me. I was reccomended to this site by nanbfathlete2010 so i thought i would give it a look and loved it so i decided to join.
Tue: Chest + Tricep/Shoulders
Thurs: Back + Biceps/Traps
Bench Press: 160(1 rep max)
Squat: 160(only started squatting when i started taking lifting seriously about 3-4 months ago.
Bench Press: 200
