I'm with you on that man.. I like a nice wide grip on the bar, and I squeeze tight on each rep. Almost like a trap shrug squeeze, but not as long. It only takes a few good reps to feel it..
It also depends on what angle they pull the bar up at, and where they pull to. I usually pull up to high on my chest and keep the shoulders as back as I can.
