Week 1 / Day 4

Had the baddest session in weeks. Didnt slept at all last night. After the first exercise I was all wet from the sweat which I normally dont have.

Called it a day. Should have done sled drags and a sled push but I didnt have anything left in the tank. Time to up the vit C!
