Just a quick update..

I've decided to break until Sept. 13th. This allows me to fully recover with my rotator cuff, which has still been sore the past few days. PCT supps will continue until I run out, should be tomorrow night... I'm also taking a mini-vacation for a few days, and the heavy drinking that comes with camping isn't going to fit into my routine. So let it all out now, and then get back to it. The extra week is for vaca recovery...

I'm leaning towards a 3 day, full-body, GVT style workout, with cutting as the basis. I'd run on the off days to keep the cals burning all week...

For supps, I'm thinking of running 2 bottles of BioForge Pro-Max, which should last 6 weeks. I won't stack it with anything, so I can grade how it is alone as a test booster. I had good results with regular BioForge, and I've heard even better about the Pro-Max.

So, time off for now. I'm also thinking of closing this journal. It's been around for a while, and I figure if there were less history to read, more people may read up on my progress. Honestly, I don't care if anyone does. I log this stuff for me, more than anyone else. But if even one person can benefit from my ramblings in any way, it's an extra success..
