squat press (have to look up the weight of the machine, so heres the plate weight only)
- 990x6 (RP)x4 - knee was hurting on this tonight, so stubborness took over.

not a great leg day, but with my knees **** is never stable or reliable. gonna do whatever it takes to beat some reps at the very least next week.
