smith squats (minus the bar counterweight)
- 115x8, 165x8, 205x8 - warm ups
- 295x8, 315x8

stiff legged deadlifts
- 275x8, 315x6

squat press (have to look up the weight of the machine, so heres the plate weight only)
- 990x6 (RP)x4 - knee was hurting on this tonight, so stubborness took over.

leg extension
- 170x10 (RP)x8 (RP)x6

leg curl
- 110x10 (RP)x6 (RP)x4

not a great leg day, but with my knees **** is never stable or reliable. gonna do whatever it takes to beat some reps at the very least next week.
