Speed Bench Madness!!

Bench Press w/ chains
Not sure how much they weighed, 2 sets of very heavy chain but it was quite a bit at lockout and we did a ton of sets, I am not exactly sure how many but here goes.
**All sets were three reps, I will note here how many sets I think I did of each
95x1
115x1
135x2
155x3
175x2
185x2
195x3
205x1 went heavy to finish up the marathon strong!!
This was a lot of fun, this is the first time I ever benched with chains, awesome!

Band Tricep Pushdown 2 average bands

Lateral Raises

Front Raises
25s x 2 x 10

Awesome workout, it was hot as hell in the garage today. No muscle marinade for the second workout, just some straight caffeine and a protein shake.
