Monday A.M. Bench Session
Good start to the week, felt good

Cambered Bar Bench w/ fat gripz

Using the fat gripz on this was incredible, it took cambered bar bench to another level. Crazy trying to stay under the bar and keep wrists in proper alignment with this bar crazy!

Pullups supersetted w/ lat pulldown

This wore out my back quickly, everything was burning. I liked it. The lat pulldown was done slow and controlled with a really good squeeze at the end.

The MM was very good still, not much to add. Great pumps, and good energy and focus, no crash
Energy/Focus: 9 good clean energy
Pumps: 9 I always get great pumps from pullups
Recovery: 10 No crash

Good workout, more to come later!
