Squat day
Bad start but good lift. Me and my buddy got up this morning to go to the y gym and we get there around 9:15 and the lady at the desk says the fitness center is closed for cleaning. So I had to race home and get my basement ready to lift in. It turned out to be a pretty fun lift though.

Front Squats

300 x 2 PR, I only have 300 pounds in my basement so I had to double it in order to get a PR.

Good Mornings

I usually do suspended good mornings but today I had to do regular good morning and it worked out pretty well, I like the range of motion and may stick to these for a while.

The MM was very good today I was very jacked up in my basement. Energy and focus were great.

Energy/Focus: 9 very good, sometimes it is hard to get focused in my basement but today was on point.
Pump: 5 it is very hard for me to get a leg pump with low reps, so tough to judge.
Recovery: 9 no crash at all yet
