eekk77 is off to a bad start
Default Many sets or a few sets

I found the link here from the forum.

I have been training for 3 months. Is it better for me to do a lot of sets with a broad range of exercises or a few sets like the Starting Strength program? If I want to use volume will it limit me in any way?
