no, i was just going to do some triples or something with 225, but then just for some reason wanted to do high reps... i set a goal of 10... and hit it... maybe could have done more, but probably would have hurt myself, lol

i dont know if that would help. maybe i need stretching. it's only on high rep sets. my neck, shoulders, and arms all get numb from holding the weight for so long and then problems occur
