Seated DB Arnold Presses- 40x5, 50x5, 60x5PR

Calf Raises on Leg Press- 4P X 10, 6P X 10, 8P X8-10, 8P X 6

Some Weighted Ab machine sets... abs were dead from heavy work + ab wheel yesterday

GREAT WORKOUT... my friends going to look into C&P/ what i'm doing. either way we'll keep lifting together and just do what we can togetger

i really need to focus on shortening my rest periods... no more talking so much between sets
