Followed each set of abs with a 84' farmer's walk (65 lb DBs in each hand)
warmup w/25 incl. situps on 2nd/middle rung, 25 side bends, and 25 ab wheel
16 incl. situps w/25 lbs on 1st/lowest position, 50 side bends, and 50 ab wheel
16 incl. situps w/25 lbs on 2nd rung, 50 side bends, and 50 ab wheel

Today was awesome, I first woke up at 8 am, but said **** this I ain't getting up. So, I slept until noon and it felt great!
