Thanks everybody, no bar actually tonight, dinner with the family. Went a couple bars last night then woke up early and had a good lift, crazy. Me and buddies always say beer is the best way to carb load, lol.

I spent the entire day at the beach today so I am worn out time for bed. bench day tomorrow. thanks guys!
