Extend or LG is all I've been using, I use 2-3 drinks a day at 2-3 scoops each. Works great for me, I think every one is going to be different. Try different variations and what works for you, but a good start is like 15gm's a day or so. don't forget there's bcaa's in most proteins so count those also.
