Here is monday's workout

Bench
225x6
235x6
240x6
275x4
305x2

Incline
185x 4 sets of 6

Shoulder Press Dumbell
55's x 10
65 x 7
65 x 6

Lying Extensions Dumbells
45's x 6

Smith Press 4 inches up
155 x 2 x 5

I used the smith press instead of board presses, with the safety bar set up to 4 inches up to represent a 2 board press. It felt the same to me as doing board presses because I do not have boards and most days in the gym I dont have a good spotter. Is this an alright idea? And it is not really a smith machine just a rack that has safety holes for bars. Good or bad???
