So far so good. I have to remind myself not to train for a 5RM every week. The point isn't to kill myself. I have to train smart.

I want to try for a new PR bench on Monday, but this might be with any weight. Today I tried for a PR at 275. Next week I might try it again, and the following week I might go for a new 315 PR.

No lower back or hamstring soreness.

I'm still debating on whether to make things more freestyle, and allow myself to incline bench or dumbbell bench or closegrip bench if I feel like it.
