Yeah, BTB. Don't get hung up on age. You've got to remember that so much of this activity (weight training) actually helps to lower your age markers (loss of bone density and muscle mass). And I'm not even considering the cardiovascular benefits. You're only as old as you think. Me, I'm perpetually in the 10th grade. Just ask my wife. Unlike me, you've been at this for a long time. Your body has grown accustomed to the stress. As long as you approach things smartly, you should be fine.
