You've got that right brother. The Warrior Diet book taught me a lot about that.

I would also like to add that 60 minutes is just a guideline. Some guys can lift for 90 minutes or more without ill-effects...especially younger guys, because they have higher test levels.

But to say naturals can't be catabolic, well, that's just...
