Looking for an old school A/B split
I've been reading up alot on the guys like Reg Park and Steve Reeves and I like their style of training and I want to run an A/B split 3x a week. so far here's what i'm thinking (I also want to use 20 rep squats)
20 Rep Squats
Deadlift (1 stabilizer set)
Close Grip Bench Press
I know it's nowhere near done but it's just to give you guys a basic idea of what i'd like to be doing. any ideas?
