I pack of roman noodles, a can of tuna, a can of hormel chili
every day on top of waht ur already eating everyone I know that eats it gets strong lol I like buffalo wing suace on mine lol a little cheesse dont hurt either you have to realixe I dont want to be heathy just strong lol
