Comments: Pretty good, squats feel weird when I do them without bands to the box haha. Moved through them quickly. Yoke went well, went fast and took relatively short breaks. It did reopen my trap scabs again so bloody traps again. I was sweating like crazy when it came to farmer's walk. Had to chalk up and lost few minor calluses but got it done. Felt heavy. Dimels went okay as well.
