"T" Bar Rows = 4 sets
ISO High Rows = 5 sets
Lat Pull downs (standard bar) = 3 sets
Machine Chest suported Under hand Rows = 4 sets
Chest suported Machine Trap pulls = 3 sets
"B" work out: Bi's (back saturation)
Pro Grip Lat pull downs = 4 saturation sets
Over Head bar curl downs = 3 sets
Standard Bar low pulley curls = 6 sets
Single hand Cable curls = 5 sets
Rope curls = 4 sets
So far the TEST CHARGE seems to drive me to push more and do more sets. Today 23 sets for Back and Bi's was 18 sets
